Vampire games are on the rise. With the success of movie twilight, interest in vampire games has taken a big leap and you can find hundreds of vampire games and vampire RPG on the internet. Reign of Blood is a very popular vampire RPG and hence a review of the game has become important.
You start the game as being awakened in front of a city with no knowledge about your self and your surroundings. In the front you notice a board signaling the way to dead city. You find that there is no memory of your past or how you have landed in this different looking place but there is no alterative but to venture forth to the ominous dead city. When you enter the dead city you find that the city is ruled by anarchy and vampires. You know nothing about vampires, but destiny is calling.
You become a vampire and your goal is to become as strong as possible. You do this by attacking other vampires, sucking their blood, earning cash and moving on to the next victim. There are no werewolves in the beginning. So you need not worry about them in the start.
This vampire RPG is turn based game, so you need to concentrate hard on how to build your vampire as it will need quests, special awards, turns and real money. You can equip your vampire with weapon and an armor that you can buy from the in-house store and cash from other vampires or with real money. Once your vampire is strong enough you can unleash your attacks on other vampires and go on missions. Each attack requires one turn and you will need many in order to advance to become a top player.
The game is an above average game with decent graphics and some nice images but the game has a huge and complicated interface that is a little difficult to understand for a new player. The story is interesting and much better than many other PRG games available in the market. The best part of the vampire game is that it succeeds in transporting you in the vampire theme but also has poorly designed pages in certain places.
The interesting thing of the vampire game is its ideas. Most other vampire games lack innovative ideas, but not Reign of Blood. This RPG game is full of new ideas that you will not find in any other vampire game. Another interesting thing about this game is the community. This game has live community that makes playing more interesting.
In totality, Reign of Blood is an interesting vampire RPG to join and if you like the vampire theme, I can assure you that you will love the game like you have not till date. The only hurdle between you and great fun is the difficult interface. Once you are able to understand the heavy and difficult interface, there should absolutely be no problem for you at all.
Reign of Blood has much more to offer if you compare it with other vampire games or vampire RPGs. The story is very interesting, it has many more features as compared to any other vampire RPG and the best part is that it has a live community.
